So I cannot send attachments anymore because I am unable to upgrade to the current browser because I don't have a new computer?????
Thank you for our answer. I actually tried all the solutions you mentioned for me in your answer but I failed to get access to reset my password for my email account. I wondered why they didn't answer me when I sent the verification questionnaire, they did it before for another account they send immediately within 24 hours the link and it worked, and I changed the password.

I have tried several things to change my email from Arabic to English.  It keeps going back to Arabic, it will not save it to English.  Every link that microsoft has sent to me has failed. I have called the help center 3 different times and they seem to not know what they are talking about.  Is there anyone out there that really knows what is going on and how to deal with this????

I am using ant Apple Mac with Safari 5.06.

I cannot access my Hotmail account from my home computer for the last day or
so.  I was able to access my account from work though.

I have never had a problem for years.
I have a weird link embeded in my outgoing e-mails and it can't be removed.  What should I do?
That's about it. When I scroll across the items on the list (folder names, including inbox), it indicates a link. But when I click on it, nothing happens. At the bottom of the list on the screen are the latest emails, but they cannot be accessed and I cannot page down to access more emails or the rest of my flagged items. Clicking on the emails does not open them to be read. When I first encountered this problem last night, I logged out and when I logged in later in the evening, the system had returned to normal. However, when I logged in this morning, the same problem was present and logging out, then back in, did no good.
I'm getting this message when I try and send an email: "Your message wasn't sent because there's a daily message limit. But don't worry, we saved it in your Drafts folder. To increase the limit, verify your account." Then when I click on the "verify your account" link and enter my mobile number, it keeps coming up with a message saying something like we can't do this at the moment, and so the cycle continues, on and on, and I still can't send the email! Can anyone suggest what I can do to sort this out? Thanks.
