How can I speak to a person re: my msn email account?

I'm trying to pay my annual renewal, but my debit card expired. I need to enter the new one. It sent me the link, but it keeps telling me to enter the code they just emailed me but I have no code? The email is correct as I update my information and asked it several more times for a new code, but I am not getting one. I want to resolve this but can't reply to the email and can't find out how to contact someone? Any suggestions?

Hi Team,

Since June 2012, my friend Bay is unable to access her Hotmail account, she tried retrieving her password on the using her alternate email addresses, however after getting the reset link when she tried to log in into her account, she found an error message that it looks like someone else might be using your account, and then after that she tried filling up the form several times but didn't get the success, 

The ticket number # 55658481 received from Microsoft after filling up the contact customer care form.

I request you to kindly get this done on PRIORITY as she has been going thru with the huge problems due to the same.

How do I get back to my inbox from "People"? There should be a link but there isn’t.

So I'm in my Hotmail inbox.  I go to Contacts.  Then I want to go back to my inbox.  There is no link.  Sometimes I have to go all the way out of hotmail & sign in again, which is a big pain in the ---.   Once in awhile the back arrow works, but often it doesn't.

this is my wife hot mail because u gave me a link required to have a hotmail account and im asking for my password reset therefore i don't have access to my hotmail anyways again this is my wife's account  the number u provided me for this issues is RE: SRX1183829061ID  and my name is Richard S u should know the rest and i need u to communicate via my secondary email and ask me question about whats on my email account folders i can explain to u whats in the one any only folder i refer to in the id above and if u would only call me at  home which u have the number for or email me asking me the question and give me a email i will get a response from and not a unmonitored one i could clear this all up pretty dare fast i keep telling the ppl its old info there and i really forget to change it and will make sure i do now i tell u please please please help me with this issue

Messenger will not start – ordinal 53 missing????

Windows Messenger won't start.  It says "the ordinal 53 could not be located in the dynamic link library WLDCore.dll.  Before, each time I would try to start it, it would tell me that various dll's were missing and I installed all of them.  Then, this message which I cannot find a solution to.  Thanks for any help.

Why when I only use 2/3 emails daily do I get told I have exceded my limit and I need to click a link to restore the system. Is this a scam?

This has happened several times recently. I DO NOT click the link, I have forwarded the "mail" to the address shown. It has not been delivered, postmaster failed. I have been able to shut down then reboot and all seems well, perhaps a bit slow, then next day the problem recurs. Is this a scam?

I cant edit or delete contacts from my hotmail address list.

I cant edit or delete contacts from my hotmail address list. All I get now in the contacts page is a name and email address. No edit buttons or anything else, only a link to messenger. Why that? I have enough things connecting me with messenger without asking as it is, thank you, So how about not fixing something that wasn't broken in the first place! Just give me access to my email account please.
Contacts page just lists names. Clicking a name just brings up the address, nothing else. Where have you hidden the edit functions?

I received the following email which I have since identified as a phishing scam. I was fooled, though, and clicked the link, which brought me to a white page saying 'No input file specified'

I didn't input any of my login details anywhere (I wasn't given the opportunity to), but does anyone know if by even clicking on this link I have received a virus or have been hacked or anything?
