When I clicked People and then view one of my friends’ Profile, the column for Social/Email is missing.

When you clicked the vertical arrow on the top-left corner and then clicked People, you will see a list of people in your contacts list.
Then when you clicked on any one of the contacts in the list from the left, you should see the person's profile picture and his/her contact on the right.
However, out of the many contacts I have, there's only one contact in which I can only see his name and profile picture, but the column for Social/Email/etc. is missing entirely.

What does this mean?

I get too many junk e-mails. How can I prevent those not in my address list from e-mailing me?

I am getting offensive spim from a Hotmail user that I don't know who is not on my contact list. I would certainly like to block that specific person and others of their ilk. However, I don't see any means of doing that even in Messenger 2011 updated to 2012. Furthermore, I'm unable to work around that by preparing a "Limited Access List" which I have done by putting a user from my contact list on the limited access list. (I was unable to put the spimmer on the limited list). I still was unable to select "Some Messenger Friends" even after this, and, yes, the user is listed in the "Limited Access" box. And I sure as **** don't want to accept the spimmer as a contact just in order to subsequently blacklist "it" even if it worked.

CHECKING BCCs

In the past any emails you sent stayed separate and you could check them over. Now, any responses are built on top of the original email. I find that a bind. Anyway, I just want to see who I sent the BCC emails to. Can't find a way of raising that info. Any help? I now want to check who I did and din't send a bcc Christmas card to. But can't find a way of looking back to BCC

In Outlook 2011 for mac, I accidentally closed or deleted the field with the list of all of the folders. How do I restore this field?

On the left side of the screen, the list of all the folders.  I somehow closed this and can't figure out how to restore it.

old e-mail addresses appearing in the To: box

When I start a new e-mail and start typing the recipients address in the To: box old, no longer used e-mail addresses appear as an option. This has meant that I have accidentally sent an e-mail to an address that is no longer used.

I have deleted the old e-mail address from my Contacts list, but the address is still offered when I start typing in the To: box. How can I delete the old e-mail address?
