hi i cant delete my friend from live messenger list when i right click on my friend that i want to delete it i have not delete option

Quietly going out of my mind here (actually not very quietly at all).

I have a shiny new MacBook Air and I've set up three email accounts in Outlook for Mac 2011.

Two burning issues:

1. I have followed instructions to the letter to disable the unified inbox but no new folders appear on the list.

2. The default inbox downloaded all my emails, starting from August last year. The other two have only downloaded a few. This isn't a batch downloading issue because I set the accounts up last night and left Outlook running. Is there some way I can force synchronise? I've also tried importing mbox files but they are greyed out.

Help!

How do I have the contact list organized alphabetically by LAST name?
Someone spent spam from my address. Have changed password to stop it happening again. How can I send one email to all on my contact list to tell them to ignore the spam?
I recently installed Outlook 2011 for Mac on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3.  The navigation pane is missing the settings button and the folder list (but does show mail, calendar, contacts, tasks and notes).  See image at link below:

Is there either a registry setting to enable the settings button or is there a reset button/action for the navigation pane to restore the settings button?

When I type friend's names into the "To" line, it brings up their old email addresses that I've used in the past that are no longer valid anymore. I've tried putting the correct one in Contacts, but it still brings up a list of all their email addresses from the past, and it's difficult to remember which one is the newest.

Thanks

Hi. Instead of coming through as normal email messages they are coming through as lists of single words. I must have changed something but I have no idea what. Please could someone help? Many thanks.
I don't need a mail client adding "possible junk mail" to the subject of my e-mails, especially when the sender is on my safe sender list.  I don't need a nanny, anyway, and prefer to make my own choices regarding spam.

How do I get Windows Live Mail to stop adding that?

Thanks,

Win7

''To make sure that you can receive a reply from Microsoft, add the "microsoft.com" domain to your e-mail "safe list". If you do not receive a response in your "inbox" within 24 hours, check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folders.''
