Contacts recently added are not displaying on the list.
Try to reADD and system says they are already a contact!!! Frustrating, Have tried everything recommended below. To no use.

I cannot add my friend.
He can add me and message me, but I cannot message back or add back.
When I click "add to contact list" MSN tells me we are already connected.
But we are not.
But we are not.
When I search him as a contact to add manually MSN tells me "he does not use live messenger" which he clearly does.
We both cannot figure out the problem.

Somehow someone put a contact in my contact list in bold letters that says "Adult Room". I have tried to get rid of it numerous times but it remains. How do I delete it from my contact list ?

I've removed duplicates from my contact list at least three times but when I opened it again a few moments ago the contacts had again been duplicated. What have I done to cause this?

I have a user (CEO) that has Outlook 2011 setup with the Navigation pane/Item List/Reading pane right side. In Outlook 2010 I am able to narrow the Item list down to one colum where as in Outlook 2011 we cannot get the Item list any narrower than two colums. Does anyone know of a way to get the Item list down to one colum in Outlook 2011?

I cannot open outlook for mac 2011 anymore
the error message reads "Could not change to that identity. An unknown error has occurred in Outlook." I have tried to reinstall office, and have followed other advice online to identity problem. previous to this outlook routinely wiped out my contact
list, and regularly crashed.

Someone has been sending spam *Removed information for security purposes using my address --there are all these deliveryfailures to all these addresses on my contact list and I tried to send a warning to everyone on my contact list and the same
thing happened to me: there's a deliveryfailure, except instead of using my name it says the same thing, that it's from ebayele. I changed my password, but I really don't know what that has to do with resolving the issue I have now :/

After being on PC for years, I got a Mac, I got Office for Mac so I can transfer my pst file to my new Mac, I have been having problems with the task system in more ways than one. For example, when I snooze a task or market it complete, it may comes back
about 10 minutes later. Also the task that initially showed up on my list have been marked either dismissed or completed some time ago on my PC, but on the Mac, they all show up under reminders. Lastly, I am not to sure where the master task list is like it
appears on the PC version. Any help is greatly appreciated.
