Using Live Mail, Windows 7, my inbox folder, in storage folders, has vanished. How do I retrieve?
How do I set the Fonts type and size together with the colour of the text permanently for outgoing emails in Windows Live Mail for windows 8
I have Live Mail.  A window constantly pops up with an e-mail address that I have never used and says it cannot send e-mail.  I have deleted stuff out of "sent" but to no avail.  How can I make this stop coming back?

Over the past few weeks now, i've been having problems with my Hotmail account, even though i successfully sign in to Windows Live Mail i can't seem to access any emails, they don't even register there arrival, it's only through Windows Live Messanger that i'm able to finaly view & answer them. My Defaults on my PC are set rite, i'm not doing anything differant to how i have used my account before when it was working fine, so whats going wrong ???.
Installed on brand new laptop with Windows 8.  Live Mail worked for the first week and now the dialogue box says executing but no error messages and about 100 or so emails that are piling up that need to be downloaded from the server but nothing is happening.  Any help would be great.

For a while now I have been trying (and following MS 'Help' instructions correctly!) to insert a logo into the signature of Live Mail.

When launbched the signature is exactly as formated except that in place of the logo I am trying to add is a placeholder with a little 'x' - no picture.

I posted yesterday about this and received a response that directed me to the following: http://wlmail.wordpress.com/sig-with-picture/.

I followed these instructions to the letter ... still the same issue: picture placeholder = yes, picture itself = no.

Does anyone have another way of doing what, honestly, should be an easy thing? Is there some little trick I am missing?

Thanks,

Ken

Honest!  I have followed the instructions line by line as given in Help for Live Mail for adding a picture (a logo saved as a JPeG) to my email.  It all looks great when I design it.  But when I select the signature  I have designed (and saved as html) the text arrives but the picture does not.  There is a 'placeholder' for the picture with a little 'x', but no picture.  When I test send it, a Live Mail pop-up appears saying it can't find the photo.  This happens even when I design the signature with the text and picture in the same file.

Is there a trick that is not included in the instructions?

Thanks,

Ken

Am using Live Mail at our Sr Center and SOMETIMES the recipients (in a group) don't receive these Emails if they are in the BCC and OTHER TIMES some receive it and some don't. .  We are sending the Email to our self and in 'sent mail'  we can see when it goes to NO ONE in BCC or a list where it skips some of the members.  I created a new category yesterday and added the members again thinking that there was some sort of a problem with the group.....nothing changed.  It really doesn't matter the size of the group either....we tested with a group of 6 and also the larger group of 62 or so.  We are getting NO return mail on any of this!

Do you have any ideas as to what is going on?  Can Live Mail be corrupt?  Should we remove the software and re-install?

My wife and I share a Hotmail account.  We each have a laptop running Windows Live Mail.  We each want to file or delete email without affecting the other person.  However, this doesn't happen by default.  Presently, if I delete an email in Live Mail, that email will shortly disappear from my wife's Inbox.  Is there anyway that I can disable that sync'ing?

To make things more complicated, we would like to retain sync'ing of calendars and contacts.  And, wife uses Windows Phone 7.5 as well as Live mail.
