rec'd an email stating the above and that my hotmail account will be closed in two weeks.
How to remove incorrect addresses from Windows Live Mail auto complete?  I have tried the suggestion in http://email.about.com/od/windowsmailtips/qt/et_del_autocomp.htm – it simply doesn’t work: selecting the address and pressing Delete does nothing.  Any suggestions, please?

When I am in Windows Live Messenger, I have noticed in my Social page (includes highlights, recent, me and photos) is not loading.   When it tries to load a blank page appears each time.   If anyone is able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

yes the internet was down for while, thinking it was just me as sometimes may be an glitch in hydro i proceeded to reset everything etc.after short while internet came back on. When using google chrome there was no problems. Then i checked my email on windows live, a sign in box appeared so when i sign a message appeared live mail cannot be started, cannot be opened    searching for message database.( a scan automaticly comes on but shuts off)   possible problems they suggest is disk is full or memory problems.   OR i moved database.     Checked other things and found while off google chrome and on internet explorer the internet explorer was not there. not sure what happened so put on a restore and internet explorer is back but the windows live mail problems remain.  I HAVE WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER is ok and hotmail is working ok    I PREFER THE WINDOWS LIVE but have the hotmail as backup and works ok, any suggestions as to fix this issue?
I keep getting emails asking for my account information, including my password.  The email says its from Windows Live and says the informaion is needed to update my account.  I fell for this once and was hacked.  I have been sending them to report spam but keep getting them.  I understand that Windows Live never asks for passwords.
I just switched from Outlook Express to Windows Live Mail. In Outlook Express I was able to have my contacts listed by name OR company title. I don't see how to do that in Windows Live Mail. It's listing companies by the email address. Help?
I am currently on holiday trying to send e-mail using Windows Live Mail. Incoming e-mail is fine but outgoing e-mail time's out leaving mail in my outbox. This only occurs when I'm using wirless connections. If I connect via a cable I have no problems sending mail. Is there a configuration setting I need to make?
I currently use Windows Mail and have several accounts on it.  If I download and install Windows Live Mail (I think I need it to be able to also add a hotmail account, which is not possible with Windows Mail) then will all my emails and folders, etc. automatically be transferred into Windows Live Mail or do I need to transfer them manually?  Is there any danger of losing information when doing so?  Cheers, Torsten.
I upgraded Outlook Express to Windows Live Mail.  My problem now is that I have a lot of different email accounts, and WLM will only scan for new emails for the first 36 email accounts listed.  Does anyone know how I can get around this limitation?  I have WLM on a XP Home SP3 machine, and a Win 7 laptop.  Thanks for any suggestions!
