I cannot send my email to my yahoo account. It says access denied.

I have a MacBook Pro laptop and I have Outlook For Mac installed and I am trying to send emails but it keeps giving me an error message "access denied", what does this mean and how can I get my email to work? Thank you for your help in this matter.
