under Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac, How can I move numbers of e-mails from my Outlook Inbox folder from my iMac desktop to outlook inbox folder of my MacBook Pro ?
I use my MacBook Pro sometimes as a laptop and other times connected to a cinema screen in my office. I've found that if I popsition the Office Reminders window too far to the right when working on the large screen, if I then detach it and open the MacBook
screen the Reminder window is so far to the right it is outside the visible area of the screen. Othe items such as desktop icons don't seem to suffer from this problem, they adjust to the screen size and remain in the positions they were. Is there some way
to make the Reminders window do the same?
Hi - I have just purchased a new macbook pro and office for mac 2011 - when I follow the instructions to set up my gmail account in outlook I am unable to bring up the form to complete after following tools/accounts/+/add email - does anyone have any ideas
as to what might be happening? if I select exchange instead of email I get a form to complete. The thing is I am not setting up an exchange account, rather a gmail account. Thanks
Am taking a punt that this might be an appropriate forum!
Why is it that until last week I could receive my Outlook emails simultaneously on my iMac, my MacBook Pro and my HTC Wildfire phone. Now I only get them to my iMac apart from occasional receipts on my other 2 devices. My Netgear Router settings have not
been changed and my email account settings have not apparently been altered either. I can send emails no problem at all - except on my phone - but that's another matter!!
Grateful for any steers from anyone please.
I recently purchased a MacBook Pro Retina. But I don't see mij iCloud contacts in mij Outlook contacts. I checked the box in outlook with says that it would sync with contacts, but this does not work, it only lists 1 contact, "me" .....
I read on this forum that you can import contacts, this is not my preferred option, because you will not always be up to date ... But also when I try this it doesn't work. What I do is:
In Finder I go to applications -> then drag de adressbook icon into the contacts in Outlook, but then nothing happens ...
Can you please help me?
I have a new MacBook Pro (Retina) and am combining multiple computers onto it. I have an account/partition for Home and another for Work, but want to share the same Outlook on both (including personal folders). I can open it on the partition on which
I installed the program, but get an error on the other partition that says "This identity cannot be open with this version of Outlook."
Not sure if the problem is the move from my old MacBook Air (where I was using the SAME version of Outlook), or the fact that it is installed on a different partition. I have tried rebuilding the database and deleting Outlook-related files from my preferences,
but still haven't figured it out.

I have an iMac and a Macbook pro both running on Mac OS X and both have Outlook for MAc 2011.
I just want to sync Contacts and Calendars between both machines. What is the simplest way to do this?
