I am having trouble getting a code from you in order to get into my email account.  I work on line a lot of the time and have
to give almost a daily account of the property that I am looking after for someone who lives in London.  This is crippling me!

For some reason my Magic Jack phone number 305-914-7169 no longer works.  My code can be sent to 786-587-6775. or to 
my SKYPE account Barbara_Bully-Thomas.

The option I'm being given to access my code with an alternate email address is also a hotmail address.  How can I access a code
with an hotmail address when I cannot get into the system?  This makes no sense at all?  

PLEASE SEND MY CODE ASAP PLEASE. I NEED TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNTL.

I HAVE HAD A MAGIC JACK FOR 1 YEAR I WENT TO RENEW IT AND THEY SAY THERE IS A PROBLEM BUT THEY WON'T TELL ME WHAT IT IS . IT WOULDN'T ACCEPT MY CREDIT CARD .I TALKED TO LIVE HELP ABOUT 10 TIMES NOW AND ALL THEY WILL SAY IS THAT THEY ARE ESCALATING IGT AND WILL GET BACK TO ME BY E-MAIL THIS HAS BEEN GOING ONFOR 2 MONTHS NOW. I JUST CAN'Y GET ANY HELP AT ALL
