everytime i go to my outlook express e-mail account the the top does not appear like the delete,junk,empty how do i make this appear so i can decide if i want to delete or empty my mail book. and on the side bar in my outlook express i have these words
that i am unable to delete they are under the folders but they will not go away i want those side words gone please help me get my e-mail in order.
