hotmail rejects emails from previously accepted ecommerce system

It seems there are changes at hotmail wrt to emails sent from our ecommerce site.
One of my regular customers who has a hotmail.com email account did not receive their order confirmation email nor my confirmation emails from within the Actinic ecommerce windows client.

I then receive automated "Mail delivery failed" messages from hotmail.

I can reproduce the problem with my own hotmail account and also with a test site on the same host usingActinic's latest SellerDeck 2013 and PC client, so it is not the customers specific hotmail account causing the problem. I suspect something has changed at hotmail, maybe to do with the outlook/hotmail/live merger etc.

I can send the same message from the same SMTP server at my web host via webmail or a pop3 client to the same hotmail accounts with no problem. So its not a problem with IP blacklisting etc.

So it seem hotmail suddenly doesn't now like the way the Actinic site's scripts put the email message together.

None of my Actinic settings have changed and customers not on hotmail are fine.

I have added a POP mail to my outlook id. Also, I have added the same email id to my  outlook id as a send only account and using that email id as a default for sending the mails as I have been using the same since long. It has been smooth and undisturbed for a while and now I am facing immense problem with it. by getting "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender" message to few of my most important clients, and I am forced to send email from other mail ids. Kindly revert back to me regarding this as I am using this mail for my business.

We are Jobzella.com Company, A professional Network for Jobs and Careers. Our Registered Users who are using Mails on Microsoft ( Hotmail or Outlook) are facing problems to receive email from our servers as It always goes to junk folder
 
We would like to know how to avoid this and deliver our Mails to inbox
 
Is there is a Guide or requirements we need to follow ?

Repitious. Emails seem to becoming from china

I am getting emails I think from china have not opened saying mail delivery failed they are continuous 100to 400 at a time, an occasional email mixed in that appears to be Chinese radicals. How can I stop these?
