I read a response from a Microsoft tech here that there has been an issue identified with creating individual junk mail filters in Outlook that actually work. That was in January of 2013. We are now in September of 2013 and I am still unable to create
mail filters that work based on a "word contained" in the "subject" line. This feature either needs to be fixed or deleted from your options menu.
I have read other posts that this feature does not work so please don't respond and give me any stupid troubleshooting instructions. I have tried everything. This is an Outlook issue not a user issue.

I set up mail filters on my account some weeks ago when I started getting a lot of junk mail. I am on "exclusive", so everything that is not on my safe senders list should go straight into junk. However as of today this seems to have stopped working. I've deleted a whole load but there's currently another 3 just in so you check those if you wish. Very annoying as if these filters don't work I'm going to have to stop using this email account.
