Emails from timetoreply.com always display with MIME error message. How to solve?

Every time I send an email or receive an email that passes through @timetoreply.com mail server the email displays as follows:

This message is in MIME format. Since your mail reader does not understand

this format, some or all of this message may not be legible.

charset="US-ASCII"

Content-transfer-encoding: 7bit


This only happens when I use Outlook 2011 on Mac. This doesn't happen on any other mail client?


How can we resolve the problem?


It is the way timetoreply is constructing their emails or is it a setting on Outlook 2011. I am testing the software using Outllook 2011 on a Mac OS X 10.8.5


I don't think the Mac is running any email scanning software. Any even it is was, is there a different way to solve the problem?
