mail server name › Question about Outlook Express

adding a * Email address is removed for privacy * account to outlook 2013 (desktop program)

So in outlook 2013 I go to file->add account

Choose manual setup(as the automatic option fails of course)

Choose the second option: outlook.com or exchange server etc

The next screen requires this info

My name:

email address: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

mail server:

user name:

password:

two questions:

what is the mail server name?

is the user name the whole email address or just the blah section.
