- My dedicated IP has a flawless reputation; I have rDNS setup; I contact the Outlook.com postmaster using the Microsoft form and they replied that there is no issue with delivering email.
- The only filter I have is to never put anything in the SPAM folder; mark everything as legitimate email.
- Outlook does NOT bounce emails; I did get one error: "Result: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: host mx1.hotmail.com [65.55.37.88]: 550 5.7.0 (COL0-MC2-F10) Unfortunately, messages from (192.65.243.59) on behalf of (chase.com) weren't sent. The domain's message authentication polic" but it appears to be Outlook.com INCORRECTLY checking SPF records on the original domain vs. checking SPF records on the sending IP/domain (meaning my server that I am forwarding to Outlook.com
I received an email as listed below:
"Due to scheduled update of our mail server you are required to verify your account by clicking on the verify link below".
It looked like an email from Hotmail but I don't trust it.
Anybody else receive such an emal? I did not open any link.
Thank you
duane.
My domain traviotech.com is registered with live com. and I have a another domain dialoflight.com.
Mail service of the dialoflight .com is running on another mail server. Main problem is thet when users of dialoflight.com mail to user of traviotech.com. Users of dialoflight get back the bounce mail like this..

Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Sometime later - generally a 48-72 hours later, I get one or two more emails, both saying
Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
This happens with or without an attachment and it does not seem to matter what domain I am sending to. I have verified the email addresses exist - in two cases, I am the administrator on the recipients mail server.
I am unwilling to post a source view of the offending emails in a public forum...
Please help.

in Microsoft smart data network the ip address of the mail server is not blocked by is stated as bot like behavior and all our email are sent to spam folder any help please?
Thanks
I've recently moved all my personal email to Hotmail and I'm getting responses from Spamcop to say that the email server I'm using is being blocked as its been reported as sending spam:
- These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***; Failed; 5.3.0 (other or undefined mail system status)
Remote MTA mail.02.net: network error
- SMTP protocol diagnostic: 550 mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address, see: http://spamcop.net/bl.shtml [65.20.0.50]
I realise that the server may be off the blacklist in 24 hours or so, but its very inconvenient. How can I escalate this and what is Microsoft doing to prevent this?
Thanks
