I have recently installed the Android email app that came pre-loaded with my Nexus 7 tablet. I am using my Windows Live Mail account to access the email server. The app installs a folder that was deleted from my PC nearly a year ago. Clearly the folder in question is still resident on the Mail server. I have no idea how the folder got on the server and would like to know how to remove it from the server.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have an HTC Desire and I'm experiencing some of the problems that others are experiencing in that my email has worked beautifully until last week and now my incoming emails won't sync with my msn account. My phone provider gave me several different incoming mails port to try but nothing seems to work. I've been getting messages such as:
"Your incoming server does not support SSL. Please modify your incoming server's security type." (Even changing the security type doesn't work)
"Can not connect to the mail server to verify your accout information. Your server is not responding."
I've also received a message indicating that the security certificate is not valid.
I've tried many of the things that have been posted.
I'd like to make sure that the server information that my provider game me is correct, because it is different from the port that has been working. I would appreciate help!
Thank you!

Major problem. My company mail server has been blacklisted by MS Hotmail for spam.
Investigation into the issue turned up outside individuals hacking into the server to use. As such we upgraded security on the server, changed all account passwords, implemented SPF (SecureID) and so-on.
However, this hasn't resolved the problem.
I've checked and the mail serer isn't blacklisted with ANYONE other than MS Hotmail and Yahoo.
And I can't seem to find a direct route to getting the blacklisting reversed - or even just reviewed - by Hotmail / MS themselves!!!
Please - ANYONE - any and all help / guidance / etc. would be so hugely appreciated!!!
