Question about Outlook Express

When you type Outlook into Google or Bing, the top answer is usually..................

http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/outlook-com/default.aspx

But, there is no way on that site for an Outlook user to actually sign in!!! 

How stupid can the web designer be?

Please change it so that there is a simple "sign in" button for Gods sake................
