Whenever I try to open any of my Windows Live Essentials programs (mail, messenger etc.), I can see the process running in the task manager, but no window pops up on the screen. I decided to just uninstall WLE from the control panel, but it won't let me.
When I click "uninstall/change", I get to the dialog box where it says "remove one or more windows live programs" and "repair all windows live programs", but when I click "remove..." it won't give me the options to choose the programs to uninstall, and it
just flashes a dialog box which says "Done! The programs you selected have been uninstalled", but the programs are still on my system. Is there a way around this? I just want to remove Windows Live Essentials 2011.
Thank you
