On my old Computer with Widows 7 I never had any problem in setting up groups of Contacts in Windows Live Mail and send a mass email by just entering the Group Name.

I now have Windows 8.1 and it does not work. I set up a Group of Contacts as usual but when I try and send an email having entered the Group name as the recipient, the email refuses to go and I get a message asking me to enter a valid email Address. Most annoying as it means entering say a dozen email Addresses individually rather than just one.

Any suggestions how to solve this most appreciated.

I would like to send out personalized emails (i.e,, include their first name in the salutation, City name in the body of the email, etc) using my Outlook, but am unable to find a way to mail merge.  Does anyone know a way that this is possible?  I have to send about 50 emails at a time out fairly often, and need them to be personally addressed to each recipient.  There has to be a better way than creating 50 individual emails with essentially the same information, just with personalized tweaks.

Explaining the process like I'm 5 would be greatly appreciated!  :)
I'm trying to send out a mass email to my email list of over 250 people.  I received a message that i passed my limit.
however, it doesn't tell me what my limit is.  In the help screen it states that I could have a mobile number to verify, which i already have.
I need to know how to send this message the way it is or what the limit is so i can send two email messages.

Thanks.
