Question about Outlook Express

I have recently set up SkyDrive accounts for my wife and children to keep their personal folders synced between our desktop and laptop. With 2 of the 3 accounts I ran into issues where the update process would get stuck at "Processing changes" but in both cases I was able to disconnect SkyDrive and resolve file conflicts and get the sync to go through eventually. With the 3rd account I am having no luck though. The personal folders for this 3rd account were more or less empty and they synced up fine at first but when I started adding music (mp3) and video (mp4) files, it would get stuck at "Processing changes". I disconnected SkyDrive, and deleted the files that would not sync and did a few trials with Word docs and pdf files and they synced just fine, but for some reason, music and videos would not. I wondered if it was just specific media files, but I tried a bunch of random mp3 and mp4 files and all of them had the same result. I even went so far as to completely uninstall SkyDrive and reinstall and still have the same result. I tried all if the suggested solutions in the many threads on the "stuck processing changes" threads but nothing is working. At this point I am pretty frustrated as SkyDrive is essentially useless until this is resolved.
