When I check my emails on here. I can countless emails from different people, but they use the same address. Each one asks for different things and also the same thing. When I click on who sent it to me. It gives me the email address, but when you click on any of those names they all take you to the same site. They claim they know me and seen a picture f my face on a site I used to e a member of (I deleted it as I thought these people had access to it).  Anyway I was wondering is there a way to stop getting these emails? Also by deleting the email address will those users still manage to get photos of me. Is there a way to sort out these people from having my details as I tried writing to them and I get no reply or they fob me off.

Examples are available if you don't know what I mean.

Thanks all for replying.

Using Office365, one of my users has mac outlook 2011, windows outlook 2010, and obviously OWA.

She has a distribution group where she's the only member, and she has SendAs privilege (I assigned via powershell). In outlook 2010 and OWA, she specifies the From, selects the distribution list from GAL, and sends. From that point onward, it always appears in the From drop-down.

On Mac Outlook 2011, the From drop-down only lets her specify another account on her computer; doesn't seem to know about any SendAs permission, doesn't seem to give her the ability to SendAs another email address from the GAL.

Is there something we're missing? Or is it just not supported?

We tried waiting a few days, deleting and recreating the account from Mac Outlook 2011, waiting a few more days... Still nothing.
I want to remove / delete a contact from an existing group.
Hotmail has done it again.  Another change.  I can't call up my list of contacts within one of my groups, and I have no idea how to add a new member to a group.  Can anyone help?
I have a group of 38 members that communicate with each other 2-3 times a week at a particular time, across the US.  I open an Instant Message  to the group, and when it hits the 21st member, it tells me that I've reached the 20 person maximum.  What am I doing wrong?
how do I remove a member of a group without removing them as a contact as well. I just want to update a group list without altering the contact list. I have read one answer but it says to uncheck it! how do I do this? I can't find a check button.
I received an e-mail stating (SEE BELOW) Is this a legitimate e-mail?

I'm helping out a family member. She is using Windows Live Mail and likely didn't shut it down correctly, resulting in the index blowing out. She managed to recover all her stored emails in the Storage Folders a time or two, but this last time they didn't come back.

What I have done so far:

Run a repair on Windows Live Mail.

Rebooted.

Uninstalled Windows Live Mail and reinstalled.

Attempted to restore

Attempted to import

I can find .eml files that appear to be the missing emails in storage folders (there are 3 file sets for storage folders, one I'm assuming for each time she failed to shut down properly.)

What I can't seem to do is import those emails back into Windows Live Mail.

The message I get is that there are either no emails to import or the files are in use by another program.

Yet, I know they are there, I can see the .eml files when I run a search of the hdd.

Help please?

(She's on Windows 7 Home Premium.)

thanks!

I have a group with only 3 of us as members and we are also separate (that's how we started) now as a group we don't have the "share" option where I can post a picture while all three of us are connected. The only way I can share a photo is when I am with only one member at a time.
I've received an email in my junk box from 'hotmail, Windows live 2012 member services'' saying that there are problems with my account, probably due to recent changes. Have changed my password a few weeks ago - how do I know if this email is genuine or not?
