The menu bar on my email page has disappeared. I have only the blue heading and cannot read messages, delete, send or change folders. Any ideas?
It looks like there is supposed to be a bar that has the send, reply, etc, contacts,. I have no bar. I cannot even send mail from the new outlook mail page. It is horrible. I would like for the one I had before Outlook over to be my homepage. I clicked on your suggestion and it was not helpful.I have to send this with my Iphone. My microsoft cannot send because of the bar issue.

My Windows Live Messenger and Windows Live Mail crash with no notice. The screens just go black and I have to sign out on the menu bar or task bar. The two programs will do it at the same time or alternating. It never used to do that. I have no idea
where to look or why. It there someone who can help me fix my problem? What do I need to do? Thank you for your help and co-operation in this matter.

Several posts here refer to the Delete function appearing on the top menu bar when you select a contact or group of contacts. You then press delete and it brings up a confirmation box where you press delete again. But that doesn't appear on my browser
(Internet Explorer 9). The closest I get is the 'Manage' drop down menu, which includes a function to restore deleted contacts, but not to delete existing contacts. Am I looking in the wrong place? Does my browser need to be reconfigured? Any advice?

The menu bar with "Tools" is missing from Windows 7 (64bit) from Windows LIve. I've tried Alt - M and all I get is an irritating noise telling me whatever I did was wrong. I've tried Alt - V and it did not make the bar appear. I've tried left clicking
on the right side of the question mark and it didn't work. Does anyone have an answer or solution to this problem?
