I am having trouble sending emails. My contact list is missing. I can't auto popluate addresses by typing part of it in. I can't access the contact list by clicking on the To: button and when I go to the menu option for Contacts it doesn't find my contacts.
Something is very wrong, it has been like this for 2 days. How do I get access to my email contacts ASAP!

I've created several different signatures that I can access from the pull-down Signatures menu, but I'd like to change the order in which they appear so I can put my most-used signature at the top of the list. I DON'T want to assign it as the Default
-- just want it at the top of the list. Can this be done? Thanks!

I'm trying to add contacts to my contact list and add a group. When I click on the people button all I get is another drop down menu that includes outlook, skydrive, messenger, contacts and calendar. I can't find any button that states manage or add
a group or categories. Nor can I find and add contact button. Some help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Thank you.

A frequent contact has changed their email address and I can't add it to the "To" dropdown menu even though I have added it to the Contacts list. Tell me how to delete the old email address from the "To" drop down list and add the new one to the drop
down list.

Please, no answer in the Outlook help.
If I right click on a folder I can see the menu: "remove deleted items".
What does it mean?
Thanks.

I used to use Outlook2008 on Windows, and started using Outlook2011 on Mac OS two days ago.
In Outlook2008 for Windows, Options menu has Mail Setup tag, and I can uncheck “Send immediately when connected” to avoid any accidental mail sending. Namely, I want to send emails manually, not automatically when connected to the net. I could not find a similar tag or option in Outlook2011 for Mac OS. How can I disable the automatic sending when connected?

If I reply to a plain text message and then from the Draft menu select HTML Format it defaults to using Consolas 14pt font instead of the default Calibri 14pt which is set in the Outlook Preferences>Fonts>Default font for composing.
When I create a new message it defaults to using Calibri 14pt but not when I change plain text message into an HTML message. Anyone else experiencing this or know what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks

Instructions for dealing with the new People function which used to be called Contacts is worthless. The menu bar that is constantly referred to by the moderator does not exist. Accessing a complete list through http://profile.live.com/contacts?bfv=um
is possible, but accessing groups, or making any changes is not possible without a visible tool bar. How does one access the tool bar?
