The issue started around the same time that Outlook.com was having its downtime sessions last week.
Emails sent from my main @live.com account are never received by the recipient. The emails are in the Sent Mail folder.
It doesn't matter what the email address is. @Outlook.com, @Live.com or external domains.
I have sent message headers to some MSFT support division and the answer received was that the problem is with the recipients mail server. That is very hard to believe that EVERY mail server to which I am sending email is suddenly misconfigured. The message
headers sent were for emails not delivered to the @Outlook.com and @Live.com servers. If the MSFT support response was actually correct, then the recipient's mail server is maintained by MSFT and I have no control over that.
I suspect that the issue with Sent mail never being received is just left over from the Outlook.com outage last week. It is difficult to conduct business when all email sent is never received.
After a day or so, I sometimes receive a notice that delivery has been delayed, so it is not an issue of being sent to JUNK.
Suggestions?

Using Outlook for mac 2011, I made an archive of my account. When I restored the archive, everything restored fine except the content of the email messages. The calendar items, contact info, and message headers with subjects restored as expected, the
body of the messages seem to have disappeared. Any ideas how I can find the missing email content?
