CANT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS ALL RETURNED TO SENDER WITH MESSAGE INBOX FULL

I was not receiving any emails and everyone telling me that they were receiving messages back that my inbox is full

so today I paid for subscription to ad free outlook for £14.99 thinking this would buy me more space

and I still cant get any emails and all being returned with message inbox is full

Please help me
