Hotmail/Outlook Account Recovery Request – Consistent site error message

Everytime I fill out and submit the Microsoft account recovery request, I receive the following error. I was only able to successfully submit a request several months ago, but it was denied so I wanted to go back and try to enter more information. This is getting VERY FRUSTRATING as I have tried this process over a dozen times in the last few months. I would like my account re-activated!!!!!!

My email address [removed for privacy] no longer exists it was with my Old ISP That I do not have. I had it setup when I first got the Xbox back in 2005. I cannot log on Xbox Live with out the Password but I cannot reset since I no longer have access to the Email. I have tried Microsoft account recovery but says;

"We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account [removed for privacy]. Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and our commitment to protecting your personal information requires that we take the utmost care in ensuring that you are the account owner."

I remember some of the info I entered into the Account but not all. I have a credit card on the Account and an Old Xbox Live 12 Month Gold Card Number that I used on the Account. I hope this information helps in getting my Account Back.

hello, could any1 pliz help me hea. Much appreciated in advance, my hotmail account which now is an outlook account is askin for code nd its bein sent to an e.mail account to which i dont have access anymore, microsoft account recovery didnt help either. :(

Hi, Please help. I didn't send any Microsoft Account recovery request for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but Microsoft Support Team notified me that I had requested one on 8/5/2013, The unknown request number 87239092 was provided for contact. What is going on? Is someone trying to hijack my account?

Please check on *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Is he/she a potential cyber-fugitive.

I am anxious to know the outcome.
