I have 5 PCs on which I have a common Microsoft Account and use SkyDrive for file storage. I am encountering at least two issues since upgrading to Window 8.1 on all these PCs:
1. Despite making the appropriate selections for syncing applications and Start screen items (through turning "On" the "Start screen" and "Apps" settings in "PC settings" "SkyDrive" "Sync settings"), this does not appear to be occurring. All the PCs have
the same (different) start screens as they did prior to the Windows 8.1 upgrade.
2. One of the machines has problems uploading files to SkyDrive. There is an error message saying "Files can't be uploaded because we can't access one of your SkyDrive folders on this PC." When I select the View Details button, it takes me to a screen entitled
"Progress" with a subheading "Downloading (3)" Then three filenames are listed with "Competed" below each one. A restart of the PC has no effect on this issue.
How can I solve these problems?
