Hi i have been trying to recover my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for over a week now. I have already contacted Microsoft customer service and there support did not help. I have tried answering the recover account questions, but the
problem is i haven't used the email to send any messages to anybody for about 4 months now I can't remember the mails i have sent from 4 months. I have tried to do the alternative email. But the that account is inactive and i have lost the password to that
account. I have tried to recover my alternative email password but i have no emails sent on that account so i can not use the recover options. And that accounts alternative email is unknown.

i have tried to reset the password but the the hacker has changed the alternate address to something i dont know and the security question. I have tried proving the security answers and its keeps telling me to try again after 24 hrs.....

i have tried from IE, Chrome, Firefox etc. I have tried clearing caches and it still doesnt work
All my contacts is blocked on the skype (I am using msn before) and I can't unblock them. I contacted skype, and they asked me to ask microsoft since the contacts belongs here. And then microsoft customer service asked me to post here. I have found an
old post of similar issue, and they said we should do the following:
go to http://people.live.com/ , click on Manage, select Limited Access and remove the contacts from the limited access list.
But for my case, I did the same thing but there is no contact in my Limited Access!
So I am not sure what to do next~~

Hi, I could not remember my original email accounts password after being overseas for 4 weeks. Unfortunately my computers hard drive also had software issues which mean I needed to purchase a new computer which is a HP Envy 23 i7. I have submitted several
verification forms to try to access my Hotmail account, contacted the Microsoft Customer Service, gone to a link to do a two step verification and have now been sent an email informing me that I have attempted to many times to sign into me email and to create
a new one. I have now created a new Hotmail account which has migrated through to Outlook. I have not been able to access my old Hotmail for 8 weeks, which is a personal as well as a business email. I have just now tried to call the Cusomer Service again
to no avail!!! Can anyone sort this out for me. I need to get into my old account!
