I was asked to provide the security code when I log in to my email account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I was asked to update my new phone number however I couldn't update my new phone number as I disconnected it when I left country. I plan to go back to the States
sometime end of this year or early of next year. By then, I would contact Microsoft customer service agent to update my information. But before that, I couldn't afford losing them as this email account is my primary one I use it everyday. It is very important
to keep my account current. Today I chat with a live microsoft customer service agent about this issue and explain my concern and he suggested me to post my concern to the community and someone will contact me and help me with any options I could have.
Also I have alternative email account(*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), I couldn't access them because I forgot my password either. Could you also help me with that?
I appreciate it very much if someone could help me with this issue shortly.
