ok so i contacted u on facebook but i pretty much only got answers for things that ive already done i im a 100% sure about my secrect question i made that accout a long time ago and i mailed microsoft customer support and they game me a link to my other mail that dont work with that mail :S i dont really get the point in that cant you just send me an email were i can answer and reply a picture of me and my id and get it back :S or send a code to my phone (ur thing dosent work) answer quickly ty its imortant

I have received the following email, informing me that my Outlook.com service has been cancelled, because my attempted payment has been declined. I have provided the correct details for my debit card, and I have also suggested Paypal as a means of payment, so I don't know how this has happened. I would like to pay my subscription now, please? How can I do that?

I have tried to sort this out by telephone. I dialled a general support number, and then was transferred to an 0800 number that has nothing to do with Microsoft. The man there was fed up with receiving Microsoft-related calls.

I received a reply from Microsoft support about my email account, they sent me a linkhttps://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?tp=il&tenant=WOL&sd=winlive&incno=1213172933 which then says that my email address from which i sent the message doesn't have access to this information. this has happened twice! this is ridiculous!
I am having a problem sending email from my hotmail account. I am able to log in and receive email but when trying to send mail it says that my account has been "temporarily blocked". Please see the link for further detail:


Anyway, the problem is still there. I tried all the suggestions I had read on the internet, but to no avail. I also contacted microsoft customer support, and they got back to me around 13 or 14 hours later, saying "we have responded to your support request. Go to the microsoft support site to view our response and follow up on your request. 

They tell me to follow this link in the email:

But when i click on it I am given a message which says "*** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not allowed to view this incident." Why is this happening? How can I view the status of my support request? And how can I fix the initial problem in the first link (my account being temporarily blocked).

As mentioned in the initial report (see first link) I have already done the following:
- Changed my password twice (through account settings)
- Reset my password using the "send reset link to an alternative email address"
- Verify my account (through providing my mobile number and entering the code that was texted to me)
- Clicking forgot password and going through customer service to fill out a form asking me for details about my account
- Contacted customer support

What else can I do??? It seems I have tried everything that is in my control!
I am writing this email after speaking with Microsoft Customer Support regarding the recent security breach of my msn.com email account. We have gained control again of the account.
 
My concern is that I became aware of information in the inbox that could compromise my identity, i.e. identity theft, and other possible concerns such as payment and security information being available to the hacker.
 
My son, who is an IT professional pressed that I should request a "security log" from Microsoft to determine the nature of the breach and to assess the threat. I was able to confirm with the Customer Support technician I spoke with this morning that I could email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and a security report would be sent to me in 24 hours.
 
I appreciate the wonderful service I have received from your company. It appears that your security team recognized the breach and took steps to limit the hacker's access. I am tremendously grateful.
 
The timeline for the events, gauged by activity in sent mail and the inbox, is that at approximately 2:53am on Friday morning the 26th of July the first spam message was sent. My son recognized the threat at around 7pm on Saturday the 27th, having received a message, and at that time we attempted to log in but needed the code to do so. My wife was out of town so it took till Sunday to regain access to the account, where upon we changed the password and began our review.
 
Please furnish me with a security report that covers this time frame and any attempts to access my account in the days prior.

I am in the middle (hopefully) of regaining access to my email address. However I cannot see how it is progressing as the link contained in the email from Microsoft Customer Support (see below) only takes me their main site with no access to my messages.
