I have been through the forums, chatted with a tech, called windows support, and now back where I started-very disappointed in Microsoft help, so far.All the solutions are for live mail 2011, and do not work with 2012. Whatever the answer tech directed me to I had already tried, and did not work. Changing to using just plain text mail is not a workable solution for me.Going through the view/read menu and changing text size has no effect on the message list or any other part of the screen. This seems like it would be an easy fix-or am I the only one who has this problem? I did not have this issue in win 7,live mail 2011. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
Please can someone help?

I posted my last message several days ago, and no one has been able to help. Hotmail have lost all of my old emails, and I desperately need them back. How can this happen? I have been though all the microsoft help pages, and still cannot access my old emails.

Two days ago, I tried to log into my www.hotmail.com account using the same password that I have used for years and it said that the 'Password is incorrect'. I then followed the instructions after clicking 'Can't access toyr account'and created a new password for my account. When I logged into my account using this new password all of my emails were missing. Every single one.

Please can someone urgently assist me with recovering my emails? I am on Outlook 2013, but only use it online.

ps. I have tried the method that was suggested to 'undelete' deleted messages, to no avail.

Help - a bit confused here.

I pay for my Outlook (formerly Hotmail) e-mail account by direct debit

Last month I received confirmation that my subscription had been renewed. However, yesterday, I received an e-mail saying that my subscription had been cancelled. On further investigation I found that the payment had been declined and there is no obvious reason for this (plenty of funds in account etc ...)

I need to get this resolved but there doesn't appear to be a way of doing so.

Following the advice given  - i.e.

To reach Customer Support, go to https://commerce.microsoft.com, select 'help', click 'Getting help' and then click 'Contact Customer Support'.

..... does not give me the opportunity to progress this other than posting this question on the forum

This is VERY frustrating .... is there any way in which I can resolve this ?
