Anytime I restart or turn on my computer Microsoft Office 2011 for MAC opens...PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook. I have changed setting so this will not happen, but it continues to happen. Please help.

bekomme seit 2 Wochen bei jedem Rechnerneustart folgende Meldung:
Dann dauert es 1-2 Stunden bis eine Aktualisierung stattfindet und ich Outlook benutzen kann.
Beim nächsten Rechnerstart kommt wieder die selbe Meldung.
Bitte um untersützung bei der Abhilfe des Problemes.

I have problems. I want to pass ical data from mac to outlook. The program Outlook don´t give me the possibility to convert it into outlook file.

We are an MSP and deploy Office 2011 to our clients regularly. Many times after successfully activating Microsoft Office, it will deactivate itself. Example: We purchase Office 2011 and install and activate it. Three days later it complains that it is not activated. We then have to call the automated line to "fix" the issue. Why is this happening and how do we fix it?
*note: we are using retail keys, not volume licensing

I am trying to make the calendar on my PC (using Microsoft Office Outlook) available on my outlook.com account, but all I end up with is two calendars in Microsoft Office, one from my Hotmail, the other my PC original. On outlook,.com I only have the one
blank calendar. I cannot erase the blank one in Outlook or outlook.com. I have tried deleting everything and starting from scratch to no avail. I even deleted the profile, reinstalled the Hotmail Connector, etc. So frustrated! Ten hours and I can't find a
thing online or in Help. All I want to do is sync my calendars so I can see it on my Surface and phone and my PC and change it any of them. In this day and age, this should not be so difficult.
I made a Microsoft account when I bought Microsoft Office for my computer, the email I used at the time was in use. I constantly check the account. One day, I check it and the account has been, apparently, deactivated. Now, I can't receive any notifications
from Microsoft if need be. I have tried changing the email address but, I guess I'm not very computer savvy. Like, at all.

I'm using a macbook air and brought Microsoft office 2011 everything was going fine till i clicked on outlook and now i can't get rid of this screen!!
