I believe that my email account has been hacked as I am unable to log in with the correct details. I was able to sign into the account over the weekend when I bought Microsoft University 365 Office word and then the next day I could not log into the account. I have tried to reset the password but the account was only created last week and so has not sent any emails. Also, the email address to which the reset link would be sent to is not an email of mine. I need this to be sorted out because I have paid for Microsoft Office 365 Word and the product key was sent to this account. How do I go about resolving the issue?

Currently we have over 9,000 users utilizing O365, with the license Microsoft Office 365 Plan A2 for Students. The Issue we are having is only select users when using Sky Drive Web Access are not able to use the Create Document button, it is greyed out. In problem solving the user was asked to try different computers and the problem still persisted. Also, other users were asked to login on the same machine, and they were able to use the create document button. I am unaware of a per user setting that would disable this feature.
I just got Windows 8, touch screen.  Afterwards I purchased Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium.  With the older version I used on my Windows 7, I was able to see all of my contacts at one time and able to double click on it to make any changes.  I can't find the contacts I just entered on Office Contacts either to see them all at once or to even find one.  The other thing is there appears to be no place to put the person's address as there was before.  I used to be able to print out the names and addresses when I needed them.  Am I overlooking what I need or is it not a part of this version?  One last thing, I have a vision problem and cannot see how I can change the white background to a slightly darker color, such as grey; is there a way?  Thanks!
I recently installed Microsoft Office 365.  I set up Outlook and can receive messages but cannot send or reply to a message.
Thank you
I did clear the cache for the browser.
