Recently I haven't been able to access and use my main email address. I always keep on top of my emails, to do this I log onto it using many devices however recently Microsoft have been telling me to vertify my account. Unfortunately they wont open my account back up for me and I haven't been able to access my proper email account for around a week or so, this is getting really annoying and they don't respond to anything? Any ideas? Thanks
Hi,
I was using Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 happily until today when I tried to send a new email with an attachment (which I later notices to be of fairly large size). The email could not be send and each time after that I am starting Outlook, its crashing (always showing sending..... 0/1 status) and generating the following report. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Please Help!

Hi,

I need your help in only one thing.

When I delete any email received on my Galaxy Note 2 (Android Version 4.1.2), it is deleted as well from my Microsoft outlook. But when I delete any received email from my laptop Microsoft outlook, it stays in my Galaxy Note 2 till I open email application and delete it myself.

I'm using the stock application not any other 3rd parties.

Appreciate your support.

Regards

Hi,

I updated my installation of Microsoft Outlook 2011 to 14.3.7 on Friday, upon updating Outlook fails to start up successfully.  It eventually started fine eventually, after a couple of reboots of the MacBook Pro.  I have not used the machine until today, upon booting up - it starts and then crashes (getting reported as Not Responding, requiring it be Forced Quit).  None of the other applications are experiencing an issue.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

My Mac is running 10.8.4.

Many thanks in advance,

Kind regards,

Neil

I have access to Internet, Facebook and emails coming in but I keep getting a message from Microsoft Outlook saying sign in to keep getting emails, daily! Even though I have just signed in, my emails are still sitting in my Outbox. This is getting extremely tedious, I am having to sign back in now more than once per day so that my emails will send.  Cn you please rectify this fault or I will be forced to change my email address to another provider.

I cannot even seem to be able to contact Microsoft to sort it out. Please help...

Thank you

Nicki Carberry-Rogers

I am seeking a method to transfer all the items in apple mail including all the sub-folders, sent history and mails with the attachments in them to Microsoft Outlook 2011.

Is there a method of doing this...???
We have a Mac user who is having ongoing issues both sending and receiving mail - she frequently (moving toward constantly) gets the message, 'An unknown error has occurred in Outlook," error # -17886.  We are running the most current rev of Outlook 2011 and Exchange 2010.  Just in the last 30 minutes, she has gotten the message 4 times.

We have deleted all Outlook profiles from the MS User Data folder multiple times and let it rebuild from the server.  We have removed all Outlook data and preferences, we have uninstalled an reinstalled MS Office, we have completely rebuilt the Mac from the ground up (new OS, new Office suite), and still these error occur several times a day.  Sometimes mail will send right away, other times it takes multiple attempts (as many is 15-20) before a message will send.  Sometimes messages will seem to send, but instead will appear unsent in the Drafts folder days or even weeks later.

On the receiving end, there are times when her Mac Outlook will be 5-6 hours behind on mail, while her iPhone is getting everything right away.  If she logs into an Windows machine, her mail works fine.  Sometimes her mail will stall for days and she is forced to revert to using OWA for communication. She has a large volume of mail, over 15,000 in the inbox alone.  Filed mail counts over 100,000 messages, which is slightly below average in our organization.  No other Mac user is having these issues.

She also regularly receives the error, "Microsoft Outlook must be closed because an error occurred.  Any unsaved work may be lost."

Could there be something wrong with her Exchange mail account or profile?  It seems we have eliminated everything on the workstation side.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Altho I have been using windows live mail successfully for a couple yrs with my Win 7 computer, I cannot email a web page thru the windows live mail software. When I right click on the web page and then click on the "email with windows live'' box, I am asked to sign in to my microsoft outlook acct. which I don't have. I have tried to sign in with my windows live ID and PW but that does not work. However, I was able to sign into this microsoft community account using my windows live ID and PW. Why?

Any help would be appreciated.
