Our server had an issue over the weekend where it was spammed, we ended up being blacklisted by Sorbs.
This was resolved yesterday morning and blacklist was removed (we contacted sorbs), I have completed several Blacklist checks, and the mail server is all clear and was from midday yesterday.
However I am still unable to send to microsoft server. My question is: when will we be able to send to microsoft servers again. (How long is the blacklist information cached for).
A response would be much appreciated.

I used to have a Microsoft Office Live Small Business website. I closed that in April 2012 - but search engines are still finding DNS settings at ns1.officelive.com and ns2.officelive.com - which should have been deleted
in April 2012

I need these DNS settings removed from the Microsoft server as it is conflicting with my current www.dorsetdog.com, which is hosted on Google Sites
It is interesting that the thumbnail image on the image below is of the old homepage that was/is hosted on Microsoft Office Live, which is vastly different to the homepage that's hosted on Google since April 2012 at http://www.dorsetdog.com

Unable to send or receive messages for the Live account.: Server error 3204 I upgraded to outlook.com today and now Live Mail gets "Unable to send or receive messages for the Live account.: Server error 3204...." errors and it also hangs on "updaiting
all calendar events"
I need this resolved asap. As a Microsoft Server & Messaging Consultant I look fairly foolish not being able to get my live.com emails.

Split From: from line when composing
Each Mailbox user has different (multiple) email addresses setup as Distribution Groups with SendAs permissions from their primary User Email Address.
Using Microsoft Outlook Web App, we can now choose the FROM address.
However in Outlook 2011 for Mac the FROM pop up is hidden.
Configuration settings for the exchange server points to a Microsoft server with auto discovery. There is nothing entered for the Directory Service.
How do we configure Outlook so that the FROM field is visible?
