Whenever I try to do this I get the following answer:
You recently updated your security info
We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 23/8/2013, we'll delete your old security info:
(gives me an alternative email address I never use)
Once this has been deleted, you'll be able to verify your account with info you have access to. If you didn't make the updates, or if you still have access to the above info, cancel the updates.
Therefore that means that I have to wait a month for something or other but in a couple of days time my subscription will run out and I am not able to put my new Visa details in the system. There is no one human I can call or email and so I am stuck
and I will lose all my emails. I have had a Hotmail account for approx 10 years and I have a lot of stuff on this account that I don't want to lose. Please could someone advise me how I can urgently edit my bank details and overcome this problem (without too
much technical jargon) and in a way that works? Thanks, Patricia
