Thanks

Here is my original support request. To recap:

I have FOUR Hotmail accounts. Up until recently, they were all linked. Now that Microsoft has its new policy of not allowing that, all of my accounts we de-linked before I could change the passwords on each of them. I can only access ONE of my accounts now. I tried using the automated account recovery thing, but it always said my information was wrong.

All I need is a password reset on ONE of these accounts, and I can unlock the rest. So far, Microsoft support has completely IGNORED my issue, and responded in ways that don't relate to my actual issue.

This is very frustrating. I need to get into those accounts. Someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I posed it to Microsoft support awhile back, with no response...very poor customer service if you ask me!!! Everything worked fine until Outlook.com got rid of the feature where you could have linked accounts (in upper right corner, could switch from one account to another without logging in and out individually.). Since then, I have not been able to sign into my business email, as when I do, it sends me to the inbox of my personal email. I have information in the business account that I need access to ASAP or I am going to lose customers!! All my information for them is in that inbox....emails, phone numbers, contact names, etc. All the other accounts login just fine. I have tried logging in on 3 different computers, on EI and Firefox, thru outlook.com and Hotmail.com, and by downloading all my emails into Outlook and Outlook Express...with no luck. If anyone knows how to fix this, or if someone from the Microsoft support sees this, can you please let me know. Thanks.
My Outlook accounts are blocked. I am unable to do the online verification because I have insufficient info. Texting or calling phone with verification code doesn't work as I think I've put in a landline number and I'm not even sure if I included national code. Now my main Outlook email account doesn't even recognise my password to let me try online verification again, although given that I've been unsuccessful umpteen times there seems little chance that I'd suddenly be successful.

Microsoft Support do not appear to be properly supporting people. I see a lot of similar blocking events with other folk around 18th July 2013. Microsoft have a big problem here, and they do not appear to be properly helping their customers to sort it.

This has got to be one of the most stressful things I have ever encountered. I don't need this stress. I have anti-virus and keep Windows up to date. This is not my fault. I could have important emails waiting - job interviews even. This is driving me to distraction.

I don't know how exactly I worded my security question, but the essence of it is correct - it surely just needs someone to manually check!

HELLLPPP!
I called Microsoft for support.  They wanted to see my screen and I had to accept the applet "LogMeInRescue."  Now it will never leave my machine.  Every time I start up my computer it's there, and every day I have to quit it.  It starts with this message (below is from two days):

[3:57 PM] Connecting...

[3:57 PM] This session has expired and can no longer be used. To start a new session this applet must be downloaded again.

[10:12 AM] Connecting...

[10:12 AM] This session has expired and can no longer be used. To start a new session this applet must be downloaded again.

I asked the person on the phone (Microsoft Support) how to get rid of it, but his only idea was to check Startup Items, but it's not there.  How can I get this thing off my computer?

(I categorized this under Outlook only because it was due to an Outlook problem that I had to call in; there is no choice for LogMeInRescue.)

I still can't access my hotmail account - although Microsoft have already sent a satisfaction survey. How can I enquire about the  following issue request 64908369?
On the Microsoft Support page describing known issues with Office for Mac on Apple OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, there is a link in the Summary for "more information about known issues...":

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=255462

When clicked, the link redirects this URL:

http://mac2.microsoft.com/help/office/14/en-us/word/item/5eb4aafa-5457-4ce0-8aa3-4b58cfdeeddc

which then redirects to a generic error page:

http://mac2.microsoft.com/help/GenericError.htm?aspxerrorpath=/help/topic.aspx

stating: The web server is unable to respond to your request at this time.

I just loaded OS X Mountain Lion, and am seeing some very odd behavior with Outlook, but want to find out more on the known issues details before jumping to any conclusions.

Thanks,

Jaren
