HELP!
Hello,
Is it possible to join two Microsoft accounts? For some reason I've found that I have one old windows live ID that I've used for mail, and the other one that is connected to my MCP, to my company and few more services.
Is it possible to join the two?
If not, can I rename my Microsoft account?
Thank you
Tomislav
I have already performed a number of different password resets, verifications, and filling out .acrx or .aspx or whatever extension forms and nothing has worked. There does not appear to be anyway for this to be fixed online.
Please don't brush me off and be unavailable to respond to. Last time I emailed about this problem I was forwarded to a posting of another person who had the same problem. The response from Microsoft was that they would create a private thread for him, which ofcourse was unavailable for me to read.
The following statement which says nothing was not helpful and untrue.
"I've created a private message with an escalation path specifically for you. To view it, you need to click the notification that states “You have a private reply to this message. Click here to read it on our secure private messages section.""
Please make yourself available to help IF it is possible for me to track down my deleted emails.
Thanks,
Rom
Many thanks in advance,
Kevin
I have a older Microsoft account and a newer one. I would like to merge the two, but there are items associated with both accounts that I would like preserved including transactions with Microsoft, MSDN, etc. What I would like is to be able to see what things are associated with both accounts, transfer the desired ones from the old account to the new one, and delete the old account making the email address an alias.
I know the canned response is "we do not offer that feature", but there's no way it couldn't be handled by someone at MS. Where do I need to go to find this person?
I have not been able to receive emails since oct 30, I contacted my domain provided and they stated I have to contact Microsoft for mx record so they can update it in their system, I called many times and talked to so many reps from Microsoft or msn and chat to reps to get mx record info and they have not been able to provide such information. how can I get mx record?
I get the following error message when I try sending an email from my other email account:
