I have not been able to receive emails since oct 30, I contacted my domain provided and they stated I have to contact Microsoft for mx record so they can update it in their system, I called many times and talked to so many reps from Microsoft or msn and chat to reps to get mx record info and they have not been able to provide such information. how can I get mx record?

I get the following error message when I try sending an email from my other email account:

Something so simple and it has been a nightmare to get to the right person. Please help me asap since it has been over a week without my emails. my domain is patriciapotoy.com
A recent upgrade to OSX Mavericks has disabled the Synch Services function in Outlook for Mac 2011.  Apples says that Microsoft has known about this change and that Microsoft will have to provide new functionality to enable iCloud synch services.  Has anyone figured out a way to make synch work in this environment?
I have the same problem. Last Saturday I lost all my Calendar appointments because of some changes that Hotmail or outlook made. Microsoft that is. There was no warning about changes coming so that I could have moved my appointment's to another area. This has cost me for missing some appointments for Doctors and other meetings. Then on Monday I lost many of my contacts from my Cell phone that has been on it for many years. Some cell phone contacts were completely removed and others were made only w Face time showing in its place. No number is left for texting. I am very upset with the changes that has caused me to lost phone numbers and contact information from my cell Iphone... Looking to remove everything that has Mircosoft attached to it..

I have submitted a request to have domain.com (127.0.0.1) (Would be happy to provide the masked private information only to a Microsoft Employee.) removed from the blacklist to allow for traffic coming from our Exchange server to your domains. Our IP address has not sent any email to your domain since the blacklisting. Our domain is still registered as "E-mail address harvesting". We have setup accounts with Junk Email Reporting program (JMRP) and Smart Network Data Services program (SNDS) programs that your company has configured for monitoring. Is there anything else we need to complete in order to send email to your privately protected managed domains (Hotmail.com, MSN.com, Outlook.com, Live.com, etc)

Ok we have been trying to recover my wifes hacked email account for sometime now.  I have tried every password recovery method available all of which DONT WORK.  I have called Microsoft Canada no help.  I have filled out the forms to verify my account to which Microsoft said they would disregard as two part security was instated on the account.  I have done everything possible and still have gotten nowhere.  The two email addresses to send a password reset to are completely unknown to me and my wife.  I am so tired of trying to get into our account its ridiculous.  It seems obvious that the account is hacked they have been spamming people on her content list with requests for money and sending mass emails to other lists.  If you cant see this is hacked why are you here saying you can help. This has to be the worst customer service EVER.   Please someone help us  PLEASE  The account in question is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***   .  I have already posted on this forum and got no where.  If one more tech person tells me to go to the password reset page I am going to go ballistic.   Please I don't understand why you cant send a password reset link for the account to my account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***   it is very apparent that we know each other I send her money through e transfers all the time.  SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE US AN ANSWER that is not go here or try this.
