Once the reconstruction has been done, a separate category for Outlook.com and Skydrive will be available on Microsoft Community home page. As for your threads, you can simply click your profile name at the top-right corner of the page. Select Questions under "Filter by: Type" and pick either Outlook.com or SkyDrive for "Category" then click Apply to show all of your post under that category.

First, why is this site so hard to find an actual solution? I wasn't even able to find a simple way to contact Microsoft directly over this matter. Instead, I have to make a forum thread on a public forum and hope for a reply?

My entire SkyDrive is empty!! WHY?!! I moved files to my SkyDrive months ago because I was getting rid of an old device and needed to save important videos and pictures of HUGE life events, personal things. I didn't take up all 7GB but there was plenty there... I upload them to the Cloud thinking that their safe! Today, when I check my SkyDrive to look at some pictures with my wife, OF OUR WEDDING, IT'S ALL GONE!!!

What's even worst is the video of me proposing to my wife in Paris was in there... THAT is gone!! WHY were my files deleted and why was I informed of NOTHING?! This is unacceptable! I need those files...
I created an email for our business and entered our company's inception date (2007) as birth date not realizing Microsoft would note as a child's account.  When I try to sign in, it advises to have a parent sign in, when I do that, I get the same response.

Any options to resolve this?

I FIND IT IRONIC THAT YOU CALL THIS LIVE HELP....BUT YOU CAN'T GET "LIVE" HELP. Microsoft is the worlds largest IT company, yet I cant find a live person to talk to.

My outlook.com emails are not being received; it is stating that "You need to prove ownership of this domain by creating a DNS record.". 

I am unable to find out how to create this DNS record. My emails have been working for 7 years; it just stopped yesterday. PLEASE HELP
We are a retail company, and hotmail and Live addresses do not deliver order confirmations to our customers that use Hotmail or Live addresses.  they are delivered to Outlook.com addresses though.  We do not get a rejection, NDR, bounce or anything else, the message just seems to disappear.  Any suggestions?

I hope it's clear enough to notice that the new "holly" SkyDrive is full of bugs

Hopefully Microsoft will manage to fix them, IF & surely IF this or the other posts reach them

Recently I tried to pass verification of my account via SMS, but I cannot find my country! (BELARUS)
I can not send any email and my account is blocked.
How such a reputable company like Microsoft could forget the whole country? I am totally disappointed.
