We had a temporary issue where spam was being relayed off our server and we ended up on the Live, Hotmail and MSN block list. The spam issue was quickly resolved yet we still cannot Microsoft's email clients. We get the following bounce error:

 

#5.5.0 smtp; 550 SC-002 (COL0-MC2-F39) Unfortunately, messages from 000.000.000.000 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

 

I've submitted the block list removal form three time in the past week:

I still have not heard any response from Microsoft and it's very frustrating not being able to communicate with these clients. (We pay good money to advertise to their clients).

 

Per the error, I also contacted my ISP and had an 'elevated' case and they said they could not do anything because it would be up to Microsoft to have us removed.

 

We are on a dedicated server, don't send spam and aren't on any public blacklists.

I am trying to recover my account using this link https://account.live.com/acsr?rollrs=04. I am filling out the form and submitting it. Microsoft is replying me that they cannot recover the account as the information provided to them is not sufficient. I have submitted it 3 times, each time I got the same reply back. 
Is there any other way I can contact Microsoft Email Customer Support to prove my identification and get my account unblocked ?

My windows live mail does not send or receive emails since yesterday, I had already sent you a message, but no one answered me.. My internet connection is working fine, I already checked it with Cox, they said it is a Microsoft program.. I have two accounts wit Windows live, the one below + *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Months ago I received a letter from Microsoft telling me to switch from Live to  Outlook for my e-mail as it was dropping the Live source in the near future.  So I set up an Outlook.com account.  So now I get each e-mail twice, both sources showing on my Microsoft mail page.  How can I stop Live e-mail  also sending me Outlook messages, and vice versa?   I have given everyone my Outlook address and so I would like to drop Live.  Or should I just leave everything alone?
I keep getting Facebook messages in Spanish from someone who is using my Hotmail address. How can this happen and what can I do about it? It seems impossible to get a message to Microsoft to address this problem although it seems to be their problem!!

I recently tried o se up a Microsoft account for my daughter, but kept getting an error message.

I contacted Microsoft, who subsequently sent me a link to correct this.

On opening the link, I received a message that I was unable to view the incident.
