Can you please send me the most recent login information like the date and time/IP in the most recent 3~6 months? My account was hacked before and now it seems being hacked again... Also I suggest Microsoft to add a section for email clients to review the login history ourselves conveniently, considering it is so easy to be hacked again and again and so difficult to get it back...
I have received an e-mail from Microsoft telling me that my subscription to Ad Free Outlook.com will be automatically renewed on 25th November 2013 and that my card will be charged £14.99. It gives a method to cancel this 'subscription' via the Outlook web site but when I sign in there is no 'subscription' link and there are no card details in 'payment options'. Questions: Do I have a subscription Do Microsoft have my card details? I called the support number and the operative was unable to find an account under either my Outlook e-mail address, my Hotmail e-mail address or my Home billing address? They said that the only way they could search further was if I gave them my FULL Credit Card number. I declined. I queried that if I don't have an account, why did I receive an e-mail telling me about the renewal? They said that they didn't know but my only course of action if I am charged is to lodge an exception with my Credit Card company! I don't think that reply is acceptable. Do Microsoft honestly not know what the **** is going on in their own business?
I need help setting up a large number of teacher and student accounts.  I seem to be going around in circles with the ticket system.

(This is what i received from Microsoft already)

Hi, I created a .co.uk email address while I was living and working in the UK. I since moved back to South Africa. Outlook forced me to update my security details and I could no longer sign in. After numerous attempts to recover my password and e-mail I still have no luck. I filled in the form which Microsoft have provided me and submitted this through another e-mail address which Microsoft asked me to do. Several months has now lapsed and I still have no joy, I still have not gotten my e-mail access and I am devastated by this. I have nowhere to go for help now. Is there anything else I can do to get my e-mail back? Regards. Jan

In September I purchased a 12 month subscription for an additional 100 GB of SkyDrive space. It worked fine for about 10 days and then, although my account says that I have an active 100GB subscription the drive size is back to 7GB.

I have just about gone mad trying to find someone in Microsoft who can help.

I have followed all the various instructions on different pages but it seems that Microsoft assume that there is nothing that can go wrong with SkyDrive that can't be fixed by the user, so no-one is responsible for this sort of issue.

There must somewhere be a hold all place for issues that should not be able to happen, like this one.

Does anyone know how to find it?

PS. Sorry about the topic selection, but there is not even a topic selection to cover this sort of issue.
