I cannot find the option for read receipts on Outlook 2011 for Mac (Office 365). This one reason I wanted this product. I have called Microsoft and they said it is not offered.
1. Is this correct?
2. Why
3. Is there an add on to Outlook (either from Microsoft or 3rd party)  that will tell me if my mail has been delivered and read?

If this is not a feature on Office 2011 365 for MAC..... Microsoft please get this feature added !!

Why is it that my password works with other Microsoft Products such as Sky Drive but rejects the exact same Microsoft password when entered in to the Sign In box of Windows Live Mail. I have heard there is an issue with some security products however it was only recently I have this problem. I currently  have AVG and Mailwasher Pro, (neither of which have caused any problems previously).

To try and solve the problem I recently installed Microsoft live Mail ( Windows Essentials) , but to NO avail.  Also tried re-entering password and then resetting it upon rejection by Live Mail

The only possibility I can think of is that this has occurred at the same  time as the recent installation of Sky Drive.  Any clues ?

Regards,

Peter B.

I have been running Movie Maker 2011 beautifully on my Dell Inspiron 17 for the past four years.

I decided to upload to Movie Maker 2012, and what a wrong decision that was! When I got my first error message, I immediately removed the software, thinking I could go back to my tried and true Movie Maker 2011. Alas, I received the same error message.

After three days of going back and forth with Microsoft and Dell, it was determined that my driver was out of date on the Microsoft side, but Dell had no update to solve the problem.

My question is, is there ANYTHING I can do to restore my Movie Maker on this computer. Why would Microsoft change the requirements for the older MM 2011, making it impossible for me to access the older Movie Maker?

Can anyone help me, PLEASE? I would be willing to pay for a driver upgrade, if I knew where to find it! Thank you for any suggestions.

Here is a clip from my Dell help desk conversation for further clarification:

&nbsp(part of core i5) was outdated, as it was installed in 4/1/2010. The # of the drivers is: 8.15.10.2104. When I tried to upgrade it via Intel, they sent me to Dell to upgrade. I tried a system analysis but am lost as to which driver I need to upgrade. Can
&nbspyou tell me what to look for in the analytics list? Thank you.

Hi,

I was cleaning my mac and I must have deleted something important.

I cannot open any of my office tools... well they open and then crash with varying versions of this message.

What can I do to fix this?

Thank you!

I (like others) support Outlook Mac for a decent size community. We have a lot of OS switchers who complain about the lack of side-by-side view. I've submitted the feedback years back to Microsoft, and I hope it's included in the next release. Calendaring is an important part of what people use Outlook for. It'd be great to hear if that's going to be included in the next version so we can do a little marketing before the release.
I recently changed my Microsoft password, with which I can go online via the Microsoft website to view my mail, however when I changed the password on my mail settings on my laptop, it says that my username or password are incorrect. I changed my password again, yet the problem persists. I have the same issue on my phone and tablet. What am I missing? Please assist..
I have been very disappointed with Windows 8 and now 8.1.  The Windows Photo Gallery opens with an ERROR message and that is it. It is non functional.  Microsoft has an obligation to make this product workable.  I need a fix that a non computer literate average 58 year old can use to fix this fiasco!  This Windows 8 and 8.1 have not worked well since I got this new computer.  How about a fix that I can do?
