CANNOT Access My Windowslive Account – PLEASE HELP

Hello,

I cannot log-on to my Windowslive account which means I cannot get to my Windowslive Email account... and I do not know what in the heck is going on....

Upon trying to log-on I get a message about 'Looks like someone else has been trying to use your email account'... "click NEXT" and sends me to another page...

Then shows me a VERY OLD email address back about 10 years ago when I was at YAHOO... and wants to send me a new password... So, I had to set-up a new account at Outlook.com... and use this new email account to send me my new password...

Now upon trying to get Microsoft to send me a New Password... I CANNOT... Microsoft ask me 4 questions... (1) Other passwords that I have used... (2) Email subjects of email that I have sent... (3) Name of other folders that I made... (4) Email address of contacts...

Well short and sweet... (1) In 10 years I only used 1 password... (2) I only sent out 2 email subjects... (3) I never made a new folder... (4) I always let Outlook remember my contact email address...

So, now I am getting a automated response... "Sorry - you did not give us enough information - try a new request and fill out the form with more information".... Well, I have filled out the form with all the information that I have...

(1) How can I get away from the automated response and get a real live person to help me?

(2) How can I get my Microsoft account log-on problem fixed

Windows Live Mail will not sign in with Microsoft account

I'm not having any luck with chat reps, so need some help. My computer was reinstalled yesterday, with new updates. Since then, even though I have been able to reestablish all 3 of my email addresses within WLM, it will not let me "sign in". (I AM getting mail, but I cannot access Microsoft account to sync back in contacts, etc.). Each time I try it makes me establish a new password, but then doesn't recognize updated password either. Tried to update & install Essentials (newer than my version), and same problem. I'm signed in via this website on IE okay, but cannot sign in via Windows Live/Essentials. Help!

Outlook’s strange reaction to contractions, like don’t and isn’t

T. it capitalizes the T and moves it down to the next line interfering with my signature block. Many thanks to those far more clever than I in figuring this out!

I want to get rid of Windows Live mail 2011

and install another email program. I have

windows 7 home premium 64 bit computer and would like to know what allright with this system ?

My live mail crashed, got it somewhat repaired via Microsoft but now I have excessive storage folders and recovered items...it's a terrible mess.

A lot of the messages recovered and in the storage folders are not what they should be. ( various problems with emails that cannot be read, some messages from many different people contain the SAME message from one individual and of course have NOTHING to do with the message I click on, etc.

I would prefer to get this Live mail fixed but not sure it can be done.

As of now after the Microsoft fix I'm still getting windows popping up saying that Live mail has stopped working, recovering unused disk space, etc. etc.

Seems problems still exist and am afraid I may very well lose what little bit of reliable email messages I have left in live mail 2011.

Have tried the fix under programs etc. also to no avail. it seems, this is very frustrating and just as soon be rid of it unless someone can guide me to a SURE fix once and for all.

Also, is there any sure way to recapture the emails that are not reading properly or are they gone forever ?

Installation Download Error

I recently purchased a new Macbook Pro with Retina Display. I installed my Outlook 2011 Home and Business edition on the computer and proceeded to add my account to Outlook. Outlook will download nearly all ~45k messages, but when it gets to the last 5-10 messages the entire program freezes and I have to force quit.

I've had zero luck trying to fix this and there is no available help from Apple because it's a Microsoft product and no available help from Microsoft without paying a huge fee. Apple suggested using their Mac Mail and that's a very POOR substitute for Outlook.

Can ANYONE help?

I can not use messenger windows live 2012 or outlook messenger.

Skype can not connect mit my microsft account I DONT HAVE MORE WINDOWWS 8.

Nothing wors, and microsoft and skype and outlook allways say on internet things that never worked or impossible

to program.

It has been almost a year now since the initial release of this update, and I can not seem to find any solution to get windows live mail to operate, with this update installed. I see Microsoft have finally come up with two fixes for this faulty update, which is unfortunately forced with the "important" internet explorer updates (now 11). However there still doesn't seem to be anything to fix this causing mail to crash instantly, which I find amazing as they are both Microsoft software. Is Microsoft planning on completely scrapping the "Microsoft live" service or something?.

Deleted account recovery

My dad's e-mail account was deleted accidentally, I believe. When he enters his e-mail address on the login screen, an error message pops up stating "that Microsoft account doesn't exist". However, if I click the link to and try to create a new account using his same information as before, an error message states that "*** Email address is removed for privacy *** is already set up as a Microsoft account". If I try to do password recovery, the error message is "the Microsoft account is incorrect". Any idea how I can get his account back?

NOT ABLE TO RETRIEVE HACKED ACCOUNT

My account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was hacked on 4th December this year and by going to all steps of MICROSOFT i was not able to retrieve my account and finally WINDOW suggested me to crreat new account.

I was using that account for last 10 to 12 years and i didn't changed its password for so long and i have so many important personal informations and contacts in the same account. I sincesrely wants to get that account back to me for my use , i have forgotten answer to security question and i don't remember the perfect answers to the question which you ask to retrieve the account online.

i request you to confirm my identity as owner of that account by any other means and help me to login to my original account.
