I have an older Mac Air that I am a migrating to the newer model. Both running Office 2011.
My idenitities folder is 26gb in size in the "old" Mac. What is the easiest way to transfer all the emails to the "new" machine?

I currently use Outlook 2010 on a PC and would like to use a Mac with Outlook 2011 instead. I understand that it's possible to import my current PST file, that is to say the one with the most recent messages, calendar events, contacts, tasks and memos
in it, from the PC to the Mac. However the PC version of Outlook also produces a separate PST file containing archived emails etc, which I would like to keep. Is there a way of importing these into the Mac version of Outlook also, and if so, how can I do it?
I appreciate that Outlook for the Mac does not keep a separate archive, presumably because it's stable enough to perform satisfactorily with one very large PST file. So I'm just trying to establish whether it's possible to deal with the legacy issue of
a large archive PST file in the PC version.

I am trying to move my local folders from my old mac to my new mac (both running outlook 2011). Looking to see how this can be done. I tried copying the Microsoft user data folder from the old mac to the new mac but that still did not show my local folders.
Help appreciated..
