Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
As of this recent failure, my emails are not synching at all. I have been able to receive emails intermittently on various devices and times, but each of my inboxes and the rest of my folders are not synched any more. I still get the "cannot get email" on my iPhone, and although my outlook says connected, it is not able to communicate with the server. This is not just affecting one PC, or one mobile device. It is affecting 5 PCs and 2 mobile devices. Please see attached pictures. I count on all my email being on all my devices all the time. I've already given up on calendar for storing notes in events, as it simply does not synch since the conversion to outlook.com from Hotmail. Am I going to have to give up on Outlook as a whole? It pretty much means I have to give up on Office and Skydrive as well. I would appreciate some personal assistance, as I need to be back in business as soon as possible. I have taken clippings of images showing my issue.
I have selected Not Mobile below, because there was no option to select both mobile and not mobile.
same problem since yesterday till now. they say "You might have issues syncing email with your mobile device".
Oh and i also make a report but it's nothing.
Good Morning.
On Wednesday, there were outages and access issues with BLU179, I have been unable to retrieve email on my mobile devices since 2:45 pm yesterday. I am hoping someone at Microsoft is listening as the server list they fixed over the last two days includes many but not mine!
I having problems synchronising my contacts down from Outlook.com to my Apple mobiles devices running iOS 6.1.3.
I uploaded my calendar, contacts and email into Outlook.com using the Hotmail Connector for Outlook and that worked fine.
I set up the accounts on the mobile devices as suggested using the Hotmail profile and email seems to be working fine, so to does the calendar but contacts are not flowing.
I have tried to remove the account from the mobile device and re-add it several times with no luck.
I can set up a new user in Outlook.com and it syncs down as well as setting up a new user on the mobile device and sync up to Outlook.com but I cannot get my contacts to sync down.
Any suggestions on how to get this flowing down?
Thanks.
