got the following message, but don't ever sync my hotmail address to a mobile device... what is going on?

Earlier tonight I " signed up " to do something with my mobile device ( cell phone.) It was with Motley Fool, or Seeking Alpha. I DO NOT WANT ANY CONNECTION TO MY MOBILE DEVICE ! That's what goofed up my e-mail account, so that I can't even open an e-mail. My fault. I didn't mean to do this ! Please get me " released " from anything about a " mobile device !"

I try to sign into my account but the front page says there's an issue. Then it talks about mobile blah blah. I don't want my email connected to any mobile device. I just want to use my email regularly, on a PC. I have never connected or suggested I wanted
a mobile device for my Outlook. I have sent many reports regarding this. I don't know what's going on. I just want to see my email. Sometimes it lets me in and other times, it tells me there's an issue. It's really annoying.

Whatever is interfering with my Outlook email has nothing to do with a mobile device, because I don't own or use one.
