I'm trying to open a new Outlook account. Before Outlook will send my first outbound email, they are requiring my mobile number to be given up. I will not do this,,,so if any of you know where to send this, please forward. OUTLOOK MGT: IF YOU DEMAND MY MOBILE NUMBER IN ORDER TO OPEN A NEW ACCT, DELETE ME OUT, I'M GONE. Im unable to verify my newly created account of every member of domain @mdc.co.id due unable to input my mobile number because my country isn't listed on the dropdown menu (INDONESIA), you can see attachment for the screenshot.
kindly add INDONESIA to your system so we all can verify our own account.

How do you remove your mobile number attached to the account?

I am no longer in possession of that number due to a switch in phone companies so if I wanted to reset my password I wouldn't be able to due to not having that phone anymore.

I keep being told I need to verify my email address using a mobile number.  I provide the mobile number and even enter the verification number being sent to me, however I'm still required to enter next time around.  My forwarding will not activate no matter how many times I go through this process.

I have been experiencing an issue where someone knows my email security question and have subsequently been changing my email password.

I have since updated my mobile number linked to my account and password in order to improve the security on my account but was unable to change my security question and answer due to my account security needing to be processed following the mobile number changes.

Following the change I have since had the issue where my new password is now invalid for my email which brings me to believe that someone is of the knowledge of my security question answer.

Therefore I would like to update more of my security details which I am unable to do because my mobile number needs to be processed with a deadline of 1st November 2013 which gives too much opportunity for someone to once again change my email password.

Since I got this message by password has once again been changed and now have reached the limit for how many times I can change my password without it being blocked

Just want to be able to reset my security information completely in order to change it all to a high enough level that I won't get hacked again.
