I have been experiencing an issue where someone knows my email security question and have subsequently been changing my email password.
I have since updated my mobile number linked to my account and password in order to improve the security on my account but was unable to change my security question and answer due to my account security needing to be processed following the mobile number changes.
Following the change I have since had the issue where my new password is now invalid for my email which brings me to believe that someone is of the knowledge of my security question answer.
Therefore I would like to update more of my security details which I am unable to do because my mobile number needs to be processed with a deadline of 1st November 2013 which gives too much opportunity for someone to once again change my email password.
Since I got this message by password has once again been changed and now have reached the limit for how many times I can change my password without it being blocked
